These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ORBINE, a relationship intelligence platform operated by Quintari LLC ("Quintari", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using ORBINE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ORBINE.
You must be at least 13 years old (United States) or 16 years old (European Economic Area) to use ORBINE. If you use ORBINE on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. One human per account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Workspaces are tenant boundaries owned by a workspace owner. Members operate within the access scope granted by the owner and enforced at the database layer. If you own a workspace that other members still use, you must transfer ownership or delete the workspace before deleting your ORBINE account.
You are solely responsible for content you publish on your Personal card and on any Business card you share (for example at orbine.app/k/…, /p/…, or /c/…). Do not impersonate any person or organization and do not publish content you do not have rights to share.
You retain ownership of all content you create within ORBINE. You grant Quintari a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service for you and your workspace.
Your use of ORBINE is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated by reference. You may not impersonate others, scrape the platform, send unsolicited bulk communications, or use ORBINE for unlawful purposes.
Protected health information. ORBINE is not a HIPAA Business Associate, and Quintari has not entered into and does not offer a Business Associate Agreement. ORBINE is not designed, offered, or authorized for protected health information ("PHI") as defined by HIPAA — including clinical or session notes, diagnoses, treatment records, or other individually identifiable health information. You must not store PHI in ORBINE. Doing so is prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy and is not an authorized use of the service.
You represent that you have a lawful basis to store and contact the individuals you add to your workspace or capture through your shared cards, and for the messages you send to them through ORBINE. You are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.
Subscription billing for ORBINE is processed by Stripe. If you enable tenant payment features, you authorize an Express connected account through Stripe Connect. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are not automatic except where required by law. You are responsible for taxes on tenant transactions you process through your workspace.
Features may be added, changed, or removed. There is no service-level agreement except where explicitly stated in writing on a paid plan.
ORBINE is provided on an "as available" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or for conduct that harms the platform or other users.
You may delete your account in Settings → My Account → Personal Info → Delete Account (step-by-step at orbine.app/delete-account). The flow requires a re-authenticated session (password, one-time email code, or Sign in with Apple on iPhone) and the confirmation phrase DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Deletion behavior is described in the Privacy Policy §11. Deletion is blocked while you own a workspace that other members still use; you may transfer ownership or delete the workspace directly from the deletion dialog. Disconnecting a third-party sign-in provider (e.g., Apple, Google) in Settings → My Account → Personal Info → Connected Sign-In Methods is optional and does not delete your account or data.
ORBINE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quintari and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify Quintari for claims arising out of your content, your contacts, your payment activity, and your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before filing any formal dispute, contact support@quintari.io to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of ORBINE after changes constitutes acceptance.
For questions about these Terms, contact support@quintari.io.
