ORBINE is a relationship intelligence platform operated by Quintari LLC. It helps you keep track of the people you meet — your Connections — along with their companies, your deals, tasks and follow-ups, notes, and where you met; share your Personal or Business card by QR code; and, on paid plans, run pipelines, projects, sessions, and documents — all from one place, on the web and in the ORBINE iPhone app. It's built for professionals, consultants, and small teams who need a single hub for client relationships and day-to-day operations.

A workspace is an isolated environment for a specific brand, business, or context. Everyone has a Personal workspace for their own relationships, which only they can see. Business workspaces hold a business's Connections, deals, projects, sessions, documents, and team members. If you operate multiple businesses or brands, you can create separate workspaces to keep everything organized and separated.

Each object serves a distinct purpose: • Deals represent commercial opportunities — what was sold or is being pursued, tracked through pipeline stages. • Projects are initiative containers for organizing related work, files, and activity under one umbrella. • Sessions are time-bound service appointments or engagements — the source of truth for when services are booked and delivered. • Tasks are individual action items that can be assigned, scheduled, and tracked independently or linked to other objects. • SmartDocs are structured documents — contracts, proposals, intake forms, and agreements — that you can create, customize, and manage within your workspace.

Your Card is a digital identity surface — a profile you can share with anyone. You have a Personal card, and each Business workspace can give you a Business card. You can: • Open Card to view your live profile page. • Share Card to send your profile link directly. • Download QR to save a QR code image that links to your profile. • Full Screen QR to display the code on your device screen for in-person scanning. Recipients can view your profile and submit their contact information back to you without needing an Orbine account.

ORBINE is live and fully usable. During early access, we continue refining features, improving performance, and responding to user feedback. Your data is real and persistent. You may notice updates and improvements rolling out — that's by design. If you encounter anything unexpected, reach out to our support team.

Some features and limits are plan-dependent — for example, pipelines, Companies, Projects, Sessions, and SmartDocs are available on paid plans. You can review the plans available to you on the web in Settings → Plans & Billing.

All data in ORBINE is organized at the workspace level. Each workspace is isolated — Connections, deals, documents, and other records in one workspace are not visible to members of another workspace. Team members only see data within the workspaces they belong to, and in a Business workspace a Connection stays private to the member who added it unless they share it.

Sessions represent booked or completed service appointments and engagements. They serve as the source of truth for when a service occurred, with whom, and what the status is. You can create sessions, link them to contacts, and track their status from scheduled through completed.

SmartDocs let you create and manage structured business documents directly within ORBINE. Common uses include contracts, service agreements, proposals, and intake forms. You can build documents from templates, customize fields, and keep everything connected to the relevant contacts and deals in your workspace.

Go to Settings → My Account → Personal Info → Delete Account (on iPhone: Settings → your account → Personal Info). Tap Delete my account, type the phrase DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and re-verify your identity (password, one-time email code, or Sign in with Apple on iPhone). If you own a workspace that other members still use, you can transfer ownership or delete it directly from the deletion dialog. If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove ORBINE from your Apple ID afterwards in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple → ORBINE → Stop using Apple ID. Yes. Open Settings → My Account → Personal Info → Connected Sign-In Methods and tap Disconnect next to the provider you want to remove. This is optional and will NOT delete your account or data — it only removes that sign-in option from your profile. ORBINE will refuse to disconnect a method if it would leave you with no way to sign back in; set a password first in the Change Password section above.
