Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and expectations for using ORBINE, operated by Quintari LLC. All users — workspace owners, members, and guests — must comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Orbine to:
- Engage in illegal activity — use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Commit fraud or deception — impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or engage in fraudulent schemes.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications — use contact data stored in Orbine to send bulk unsolicited messages, phishing attempts, or spam.
- Upload harmful content — distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or any code designed to damage, disrupt, or compromise systems.
- Abuse contacts or data — collect, scrape, or misuse personal data stored in workspaces in ways that violate applicable privacy laws or the rights of data subjects.
- Store protected health information — upload, enter, or otherwise store protected health information ("PHI") as defined by HIPAA, including clinical or session notes, diagnoses, treatment records, or other individually identifiable health information. ORBINE is not a HIPAA Business Associate, no Business Associate Agreement is offered or in effect, and the service is not designed for this data.
- Bypass security measures — attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, or workspace boundaries. Do not access data belonging to workspaces or accounts you are not authorized to use.
- Violate workspace boundaries — attempt to access, modify, or exfiltrate data from workspaces where you do not have authorized membership.
- Interfere with the platform — overload infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, or take actions that degrade the experience for other users.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for all content you create, import, or share within your workspace. This includes contacts, companies, documents, deals, tasks, and any other data. Ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and respects the privacy rights of the individuals whose data you manage.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate potential violations and take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, suspending accounts, removing content, or permanently terminating access. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement where required or appropriate.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of conduct that violates this policy, please report it to support@quintari.io. We take reports seriously and will review them promptly.
