This page explains how to access, correct, and delete the data ORBINE holds about you, and how to make other privacy requests. ORBINE is operated by Quintari LLC.
You can view and edit your account email, personal profile, and workspace content directly in ORBINE. Open Settings → My Account → Personal Info to update your personal information, and your workspace settings to update workspace content. To take a copy of a workspace’s data, use Settings → Data & Configuration → Export on the web, which downloads it as CSV files.
To delete your ORBINE account, go to Settings → My Account → Personal Info → Delete Account (on iPhone: Settings → your account → Personal Info). The flow requires you to type the phrase DELETE MY ACCOUNT and to re-verify your identity (password, one-time email code, or Sign in with Apple on iPhone) before deletion runs. Step-by-step instructions, including what to do if you can’t sign in, are at orbine.app/delete-account.
You can remove Apple, Google, or other third-party sign-in providers from your account without deleting it. Open Settings → My Account → Personal Info → Connected Sign-In Methods and tap Disconnect. This is optional and will not delete your account or data — it only removes that sign-in option. ORBINE refuses to disconnect a method if it would leave you with no way to sign back in; set a password first in the Change Password section.
The simplest path is from the deletion dialog itself — when ORBINE lists blocking workspaces, tap Transfer on any row to pick a new owner inline. Only the current owner can pass ownership on, and only to someone already a member of that workspace. For help, contact support@quintari.io if you need help.
If you added your own calendar so ORBINE can show it beside your schedule, you can remove it at any time in Settings → My Account → Calendars; ORBINE then stops reading it. ORBINE never writes to your calendar.
If you subscribed a calendar app to your ORBINE calendar feed, open Settings → Workspace → My Calendar Feed and tap Regenerate; the old link stops working immediately.
The meeting context you record for a Connection — the event or place where you met — is private to you. You can change or remove it at any time from that Connection.
For any privacy request not covered by the in-app flows above — including data access requests, complaints, or questions about how we handle your data — email privacy@quintari.io. For general support, email support@quintari.io.
